Stephen has experience working with a diverse group of clients. He has counseled independent inventors, start-up companies, and medium-sized enterprises regarding patent strategies and developing and structuring patent portfolios. He has also worked closely with in-house counsel and inventors to draft and prosecute patent applications and conduct freedom-to-operate and patentability studies for Fortune 25 companies.
