We are intellectual property attorneys, agents, and professionals who are well grounded not only in the law, but also in business, technology and hard science.

Our attorneys worked in industry before engaging in the practice of law, holding management, engineering or life science related positions with corporations such as Dow Chemical, Florida Power Corporation, Georgia Power, Johnson Controls, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, University of Arkansas, New JerseyBell, and Nortel Networks. Several also have worked as in-house IP counsel with corporations such as Bellsouth and Cingular Wireless (now AT&T), and Ford Global Technologies, Inc. Three of our attorneys have served as Examiners with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
